DSW'S MANAGEMENT TEAM
HISTORY

DSW Distribution Centers, Inc. was organized in April 1973 for the purpose of warehousing and distributing general commodities within the Greater Southern California area.  Early operations began in Anaheim, California in a leased dry warehouse.  By the end of the first fiscal year, our space doubled, and plans were initiated for new facilities.  In December 1974, operations began at our new Cerritos Avenue Anaheim warehouse with both dry and refrigerated capabilities.  In June 1975, "full service" became a reality with the opening of the Brea facility developed specifically for frozen food storage and distribution.  In January 1984, DSW responded to increasing customer demands by moving operations from Anaheim to new refrigerated, air-conditioned, and dry storage facilities in Cerritos and Fullerton California handling confectionaries, pharmaceuticals, alcoholic beverages, dairy-deli, and much more!

TODAY, based in Rancho Cucamonga California, DSW operates over 6,500,000 cubic feet of multi-temperature controlled warehousing space in Southern California's primary distribution hub with a full service nationwide transportation program.

Key to our growth has been development of individuals into a competent management team committed to our goal of "offering our growing base of customers the very best service, and cost-effective logistics programs available on the West Coast"
